This is how we do it in the Staffordshire Moorlands. A small market town in England, home to about 20,000. We doesn’t have many national retailers, you won’t find a MacDonalds here or a Tesco. No Marks and Spencer, Gap, or Waterstones. There are a couple of supermarkets, a coffee chain, and a national discount store and that’s pretty much it.
